New Solar Workforce leadership

Later this month, I'm leaving SJSU after nine years to take a new job at the Keck Graduate Institute, one of the seven Claremont Colleges. With my departure, I have stepped down as director of the SJSU Solar Workforce project, effective July 1.

The new director is Meg Virick, my College of Business colleague and formerly research director for the project. Jim Mokri will remain in charge of the curriculum work in the College of Engineering, and I will be contributing (as time permits) to the curriculum work in the College of Business.

I have every confidence that the project is in good hands, as do our sponsors at SolarTech. My rate of blogging will go down here, but I still hope to post occasionally before the project ends in June 2012.
